Africa Deluxe Tours Hout Bay - taking in the view

Cape Peninsula & Winelands Day Tour

The first half of this full day tour is devoted to the Cape Peninsula. You travel along the west coast of the Peninsula with the Atlantic Ocean to your right and the Table Mountain Range to your left. After passing through the scenic fishing town of Hout Bay, you travel along the iconic Chapman’s Peak Drive. From there you continue to the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve. You visit Cape Point within the Reserve, the south-westernmost point of the African continent, a particular beautiful spot with amazing views.

From Cape Point you travel up the eastern shore of the Peninsula via Simon’s Town, Fish Hoek and Muizenberg.

The afternoon is devoted to the Cape Winelands, specifically the historic town of Stellenbosch, with its oak lined streets and beautiful examples of old Cape Dutch architecture.
